Shijiazhuang Qinye Casting Co., Ltd. specializes in the casting and machining of OEM parts for pump, valve, electric motor manufacturers, and other mechanical components across various industries.
Covering over 13,000 m², the facility is equipped with a resin-sand processing line, a DISA line, a 5-ton electric furnace, CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, CNC boring machines, CNC machining centers, heavy-duty lathes, vertical lathes, vertical drilling machines, and more. The foundry is capable of casting parts weighing from 0.1 kg up to 25,000 kg, with machining capabilities extending to a maximum rotating diameter of 1600 mm. Annual output exceeds 10,000 tons.
With a stringent quality control system and state-of-the-art chemical and metallurgical laboratories—including spectrometers, ultrasonic detectors, universal material testers, metallographic analyzers, and CMMs—we can ensure the correct material selection, including all types of materials such as gray iron GG15, GG20, GG25, GG30, ductile iron GGG400-18, GGG500-7, GGG600-3, and GGG700-2—as well as precise dimensional compliance to meet the diverse requirements of our customers.
